Wicce's Tarot Collection
Gina Pace's Tarot site is another excellent collection of reviews, with lots of pictures of each deck. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have been updated in a while.

Comparative Tarot
This lively and supportive mailing list is managed by Valerie Sim-Behi, who created the "Victoria's Chalice" spread for Victoria Regina Tarot.

Transformational Tarot
Arnell Ando's work with collage and Tarot is an inspiration.

Tarot Deck Selector
Suggests tarot decks for you based on your responses to a quiz. I wish it would provide some explanation of the results, but it's still fun. (For the record, this quiz thinks Cosmic Tribe Tarot is the perfect deck for me. I do like that deck a lot, but it's not my all-time favorite.)
